Worship composers with a heart for Jesus. We produce your music for free—songs created to adore and glorify Jesus.
By collaborating with us, you agree to the following framework designed to protect the integrity of the project and ensure clarity for all creative partners.
Admin Authority: The Company Admin retains final control over scheduling, access, approvals, collaborator onboarding, and acceptance of deliverables.
Composer Approval: Where applicable, the original composer or project owner must approve material and final creative direction as defined in the project brief.
Collaborators must use authorized tools (e.g., Drive, Dropbox) as agreed upon.
Security: You must follow access controls and never share files or sensitive project data outside the authorized team.
We operate in trust. Collaborators must keep all non-public info confidential. This includes:
No posting snippets or "behind-the-scenes" content without written Admin permission.
We structure our creative rights using one of two models, which will be specified per role:
Collaborator's contributions are "work made for hire" for the Company. If not eligible as work-for-hire, rights are irrevocably assigned to the designated owner. (Default for most roles)
Collaborator retains ownership of their pre-existing materials but grants an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use and exploit the contributions for the Project.
Credits are determined by Admin and the Project Owner.
Important: Collaborators agree not to self-assign credits on DSPs (Spotify/Apple Music), PRO registrations, YouTube, or metadata without explicit Admin approval.
Compensation is agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Common structures include:
Payment is due only for approved deliverables accepted by Admin.
The Company may require invoices, tax forms, and ID verification before releasing funds. We reserve the right to offset amounts for chargebacks or breach-related damages.
For projects involving royalty splits, we adhere to a strict definition of rights:
Refers to the underlying melody and lyrics. Splits are allocated to Songwriters/Topliners based on PRO registration (ASCAP/BMI/SESAC).
Refers to the specific audio recording. Splits are allocated to Producers, Artists, and Engineers as agreed.
By participating, you confirm that your contributions are original and do not infringe on third-party rights.
