02. Production & Fundraising Disclosures How programs and payouts work

This section clarifies compensation intent, approval requirements, and how fundraising proceeds are applied to projects.

A. Fair Compensation Statement Revenue, approvals, compliance

When a production generates revenue, we intend to pay approved collaborators according to signed agreements.

  • No Automatic Entitlement: Participation alone does not guarantee payment unless written agreements state otherwise.
  • Approval Required: Only Admin-approved contributors are eligible.
  • Compliance: Tax forms may be required before payouts.
B. Fundraising & Studio Initiative Net funds, nonprofit partners, access

Net Funds: We use 100% of “Net Funds” (after fees/taxes) for the approved project.

Nonprofit Collaboration

Donations made to a partner 501(c)(3) are governed by that nonprofit’s rules. Donor intent supersedes this Policy.

Studio Access

If built, studio access may be offered at no charge under specific program rules. Timelines depend on funding and capacity.

C. Mission Clarifier Mission intent vs legal structures

Any “not for profit” language refers to our mission intent. It does not override legal entity structures, vendor costs, taxes, or operational needs. Specific financial arrangements are governed by written agreements.
