To protect your art, Unheard Worship uses a Link-Only Submission Policy. This ensures we receive your vision in its highest possible definition.
1. Choose Your Cloud
Whether you prefer Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, or WeTransfer, the first step is uploading your audio and lyrics PDF to a secure folder. By hosting the files yourself, you retain control of your material and ensure we are always accessing the most current version.
2. The Permission Check
The most common delay in our review process is a "Locked" link. When you send your Google Drive or Dropbox link, you must ensure the permissions are set to "Anyone with the link can view."
If we have to "Request Access," it can push your song back several days in the review queue. Check your share settings twice before hitting send.
3. The Submit Link
Paste your finalized link directly into our submission form or your introductory email. This simple step keeps our inbox clean and your audio pristine.
