Fundraising & Studio Policy
This policy explains how donations are accepted and used through our 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor for the Studio Initiative and related charitable programs.

Donation Framework (501(c)(3))
Donations are processed through a partner 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. Eligible donors may receive a tax receipt from the fiscal sponsor, subject to applicable law.
EIN: 92-1878957
Donations may be restricted (designated for a charitable program) or unrestricted. All use of funds must comply with:
- Donor restrictions (if any)
- Fiscal sponsor policies
- Applicable nonprofit and tax rules
Payment processors and fundraising platforms may deduct fees (e.g., card fees, ACH fees, chargebacks). When funds are received, amounts available to programs reflect net proceeds.
We do not guarantee that third-party fees can be avoided; we design donation flows to minimize them.
Donations are for charitable purposes and may not be used for private inurement, personal benefit, or unrelated expenses. Program participation does not create ownership rights in donated funds.
Studio Initiative
The Studio Initiative exists to build and sustain a world-class audio/video studio that serves Christian worship creation through charitable programming—supporting worship songs and content that exalt Jesus.
Subject to fiscal sponsor approval and donor restrictions, funds may be used for:
- Studio build-out, improvements, and equipment
- Operations & maintenance (rent, utilities, insurance, repairs)
- Program delivery costs (approved production support, engineering, admin)
- Scholarship-style support under published program criteria
Timelines and eligibility depend on funding and operational capacity. The fiscal sponsor may pause, modify, or discontinue programs to remain compliant and financially responsible.
Access is provided under program rules (scheduling, conduct, safety, content standards, and technical requirements). Free access is not a guarantee; it is an operational goal subject to capacity and program eligibility.
Governance & Oversight
Program spending, vendor selection, and scope decisions are subject to documented approvals and fiscal sponsor oversight. We maintain internal budgets, receipts, and program documentation.
We track funds by program categories and maintain supporting records. Donors may receive a tax receipt from the fiscal sponsor. We generally do not publish individual invoices due to confidentiality and vendor privacy.
We follow conflict-of-interest practices (e.g., no self-dealing; related-party transactions require disclosure and approval). The fiscal sponsor may require additional documentation or safeguards.
We may publish general progress updates (e.g., build-out milestones, program impact). We do not share donor personal data.
Legal Notes
This policy may be updated to reflect operational needs and fiscal sponsor requirements. Material updates will be posted on this page.
This page is informational and does not provide legal or tax advice. Donors should consult their own advisors regarding deductibility.
We reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate access for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or misuse of the studio. Chargebacks and payment disputes can reduce net proceeds available to programs.
